		<description>Yes, there is (or at least used to be a way) to change your username.  It&#039;s buried in the account settings somewhere.  I know I did it for my account once.</description>

		<description>I&#039;ve had this happen fairly recently.  A regular customer at my store saw my match.com profile, then asked me out in person.  Nothing creepy (yet), but he probably wouldn&#039;t have made it past the e-mail stage if he&#039;d contacted me online.

It doesn&#039;t help that my profile name approximates my real name (and is just plain dumb to boot)--Is there any way to change it once you&#039;ve registered?</description>
