He’s a major Paragon-tier villain. I’d expect him to be a level 20-ish creature in the Campaign Guide.

But I have absolutely no idea why people would think any information about him would be in the Player’s guide.

Well, maybe some info about his cult for Warforged PCs, but it’s not a usual PC religion, so it will probably be in the Campaign book anyways.

So, the Lord of blades is the archvillain of eberron or something? beacause I think he was only 12-17 levels in eberron wikia.

There is nothing wizard-specific. There are 4 epic destinies, and all but the Sublime Flame have no more than “level 21″ as requirements. (And they are equally applicable regardless of class, for the most part.)

- Champion of Prophecy
- Dispossessed Champion
- Mourning Saviour
- Sublime Flame (Divine, Silver Flame)

If you want something with a distinctly Arcane flavour, I’d say check Arcane Power.

Actually that’s what was supposed to happen however the release dates were reversed one or two months ago. I think they had EPG released first because it has all the character options and rules, so if you know about eberron or have the 3.5 campaign guide, you can easily start your campaign from now.

Any chance I can get the info on the epic destinies btw?

Could you please tell me a few things about the epic destinies? I saw the champion’s preview but I reaaaaly want to play a drow wizard. So I was wondering if there is a destiny that suits spellcaster. I would also appreciate it if it’s general abilities and requirements can be posted. Thnx in advance.

Yeah, other than the kalashtar, it’s all gonna be in PH3. Although on D&D Insider, there is a playtest article for the monk (psionic striker), and I’ve heard rumours that the psion will be previewed in July!
