@e I do that alot as well. Players will say something like “wouldn’t it be crazy if one of these goblins was actually greater barghest playing us all along?” And I immediately drop whatever crapshoot I had planned and take the awesome suggestion. We both look like geniuses and the group has been fooled.

@ Keith – Thanks! I don’t mind handing out XP for more ideas on how to make the game better for my players. Also, helps me fill out the gaps I had in the story by possibly making one of their speculations turn out to be truth later on.

I love the journal ideas. Great way to keep players involved between sessions. I’ll have to check out Obsidian Portal. E, you capture the grace of a female gamer with so much more tact than that awful Shelly Manzonobletine.
